Amber, the original image was of an unknown pink daylily. The first step was to solarize the image in PSE2, then extrude in triangles, probably 15 x 75 pixels in size and at a ramdom orientation. Don't really recall the exact steps that followed but I do know it was twisted, spearized and probably ocean waved and then oil pastel was used followed by the drop shadow. From PSE2 it went to my 'Liquib" program where I did several things to get the end results. Finally back to Irfan view to do a little trimming and to sign it.
As you can see, it is a long process! Glad you liked that one, as it is one of my favorites too!
