AH FEBRUARY, THE SHORT MONTH. . . .

I couldn't decide which treatment I liked best on the two "paintings" above, so here's both!

This one is similar, yet different original view. Taken at night through the kitchen window of the recent snow fall with only the patio string lights on for illumination.

This next one started out as one of the night scenes that I had used the KALEIDER App (WHIZICAL.com) on for a Mandela/Snowflake, adjusted the color to be more of an icy blue and got some additional colors and accents as well. Step one and Two after getting the "snowflake":

Lost some definition in this step, but, as you will see, it still worked out well.

I did do some additional "adjustments/manipulations" to get the right "hang" or "droop" by using the "Liquid" filter on Photoshop Elements, as well as the "Lens Flare" filter.
